City Circle Tram

Melbourne offers a lot of views and historical establishments. In the City, there are few trams available and trips are about 10 minutes apart. Inside these City Circle trams are recorded voice for guiding tourist on the attractions as it travels. Some tram stops settle for about 5 to 10 minutes for tourist to view the attractions on  its stop.

Some Australians and residents also ride these as they are free or probably when they are on a hurry and it is the first one to arrive.

Below is the City Circle route:

Business Opportunity 1

I am a fan of Robert Kiyosaki and later, I will be an entrepreneur. Listening to his audiobooks, one thing that he kept on repeating is that Multi-level network marketing is such a good idea. When people hear MLM, the impression of many is already negative. But for those who want to have business for less than AU$500, this is the answer. As I looked for more oppotunity while starting, I joined Herbalife and though I am not that confident to sell, I know that the experience at least will be worth it. There are 4 Million people in Melbourne and there are only few who are in Herbalife, the time to join is now and I took the chance.

When I was looking for a job, I also tried checking part time job available and I ended up in a website where I saw many people are advertising that they need a job and what their qualifications are. I also saw other advertisement for selling and buying items they need. I checked it out at once and when I found that it is free so I immediately made my GUMTREE account and place an advertisement of my qualification and services I can offer.

Forklift License

On my first week here in Australia, I learned that my friend and his friends were in warehousing jobs. They said that it would be the best place to start especially that my license as an Electrical Engineer would not be accredited here. I asked for the training provider they studied in and gave them a chance to work as warehouse personnel.Unfortunately I focused first on the documents I had to accomplish upon arrival. When I gained interest in entering, I asked for the course title and forgot to ask the provider. This led me to a site from search engine, which is different from the ones they took it. Indicated in their website is a government funded scheme for Australian Citizen and Permanent Visa holders. I called them straight away to learn if I am legible and sure enough, I was booked on the next training schedule.

They provide Certificate IV in Transportation and Warehousing. In this course is the Forklift license which is quite in demand for those who want to work as more warehousing is being erected. The Manufacturing sector is falling and the companies tend to import more. The course amounts to more than AU$4,000 and the forklift licensing alone is about AU$800.

Foresite training has branches in Epping, Sunshine and Keysborough in Melbourne. They have experienced, friendly and helpful staff. They also provide light lunch. Bring your lunch on Mondays if you are not a fan of salad rolls. The course runs for 6 weeks and may take longer if you have been absent for valid reasons. For those that are looking for work, they allow participants to make up for the loss and they will help you make sure you finish the course.

Freebies and Opportunities

I just finished my third month stay here in Australia. In that short period, I have seen a lot of opportunities and freebies around. Thought of sharing them so this blog was made.
